This two level, four bedroom condominium (2375 sq ft) with four bathrooms is located in Phase V of Snowcreek. Stay here for an absolutely unbeatable vacation! Enjoy great views of the Sherwin Mountains. Inside the garage, is your own private Jacuzzi (8' x 12') and party room. Awesome! The main master bedroom has a king bed and the bathroom has a spa tub. In the summer, you can access the lawn area just outside this bedroom. The second master bedroom has a king bed. The guest bedroom with a queen bed, also opens to a lawn area in the summer. The second guest bedroom has a queen and a set of bunk beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen, balcony with BBQ, 5 TVs, 5 VCRs, DVD players, telephone with unlimited long distance calling in the USA, washer/dryer and gas fireplace. For our busy guests, there is wireless high speed internet access. This unit is non-smoking and has two outside parking spaces in front of the garage. Due to the Jacuzzi/party room in the garage, there is no parking inside the garage. If you are staying with us on a Monday and/or Friday, please be aware that the spa company will be by to clean the Jacuzzi. SPA NOTICE: Due to the possibility of accident or injury, Landlord, Owner and Agent prohibit children under the age of 18 from using hot tub. Tenant and its guests acknowledge that use of hot tub is at their own risk to injury and damage from the chemicals used to keep hot tubs sanitary which may cause fading in some swimsuits and some individuals may experience mild skin rashes; pregnant women and people with heart conditions or pace-makers are not allowed use of the hot tub and enter it at their own risk and agree to hold Landlord, Owner and Agent harmless.
