unit was very clean and convienent.could use a few more kitchen utensils, silverware and dishsoap was needed. other than that we were very pleased!

everthing was wonderful! The only suggestion I have is to not rely on the sofa sleeper. It needs a new frame/mattress. But the couches were very comfortable for sleeping.

Reservation process wld have been ok,if limitations are icluded,like for instance in our case, we can only stay for 2 nights, had to choose another condo fr.so many listed property.
There are no ice makers anywhere, we were told there was one in a certain bldg. but it wasn't even operating. My son & his cousin wanted to play billard in your office, unfortunately, we don't have quarters to feed it, your coin changer ran out, so early in the day, (maybe was not checked by the receptionist before he/she left for the day). The electric stove is so messed up, I'm afraid we might burn the whole bldg, just by using it. The problem was even if the back burner is turned on, the front burner is the one that lights up,its really hard to tell which one is on, but we figured it out later on.
