This condominium has a view of trees and some mountains. It was newly remodeled in 2003. There is a fully equipped kitchen, TV, VCR, DVD, telephone (local calls only), washer/dryer and fireplace (wood provided). There is a second TV and VCR, but there is no cable service. The master bedroom has a king bed. The guest master bedroom has a queen bed and a set of bunk beds. The living room has a sofa sleeper. This unit is non-smoking and has two outside parking spaces (unassigned). Depending on the availability of parking, you can park in front of the unit. Due to serious parking problems from the Westin Monache, Helios will immediately and without notice tow any vehicle in either South or North buildings that are not displaying proper parking permits.
