the water heater would't last for more than 1 shower. the property manger on call told us he wouldnt shovel out the walkway. I have to small kids & a wife so that wasnt to much fun

Property could really use some updating. It was pretty clean, but the carpet is so old it just makes it feel dirty. The sofa bead mattress falls out at the corners, it is completely worn out. My kids choose to sleep on blankets on the floor rather than it. They usually sleep easily anywhere.
