Oceanside Villas are just across Ocean Boulevard with easy access to the beach. They were designed for extra family comfort and convenience. Each distinctive villa offers ideal accommodations for two couples or a family of six; two bedrooms, with a queen-size bed in the master bedroom and two twin-size beds in the second bedroom (bed sizes may vary). Each villa has two bathrooms, one off the master bedroom and the other off the hall. A queen-size sofa bed in the living area affords additional sleeping accommodations. The full-size kitchen opens to the living and dining areas. Guests have access to the private fishing pier and laundry facilities located at Sea Cabin Villas. Oceanside Villas are within walking distance of shopping and dining. With quick, easy access to the Isle of Palms Connector, you can be shopping in Mt. Pleasant or dining in Charleston in minutes. Community charcoal grills. NO PETS ALLOWED ON COMPLEX PROPERTY!
Rates vary and are based upon the following categories: Deluxe: New or nearly new condition. Noticeable upgrades in furnishings and decor. Good: Well maintained and most furnishings are new with minimal wear. Standard: Comfortable but needs to be updated. Furnishings generally older.

Payment Policies
Personal checks will not be accepted less than 30 days prior to arrival. Final payments are due 30 days PRIOR to arrival. We also accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express.
Taxes and fees are not included in quoted rates. 11% State sales tax, State and local accommodations taxes and fees plus a 8% Reservation Fee are added to all quoted rates. Tax rates are calculated according to State sales tax, State and local accommodations taxes and fees and local laws in force at the time of this Agreement. Guest is responsible for payment of all applicable taxes in effect at time of occupancy.
GUEST CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING. If you cancel your reservation, the confirmation deposit will be held until the property has been booked and confirmed for the same rental period for the same rate. There are NO exceptions. If the property is reserved for only part of the rental period or for less rent for the reserved days, the deposit will be refunded minus any uncollected rent for the rental period. All guest cancellations are subject to a cancellation-processing fee of 10% of the rental rate ($100.00 Minimum).
