Had some plumbing problems but these were taken care of quickly and with just a phone call.
The only thing I felt should be addressed is the mattress pad needs to be washed regularly as ours was stained and it looked quite fresh.

We arrived at 4:00 PM on Aug. 16, 2006. The weather that day was VERY humid and over 95 degrees. The house was very hot, the A/C was set @ 80 degrees. We lowered the unit to 74 degrees. By 8:30 PM the temp. inside was still well over 90 degrees. Several calls were made to the realty company. Finally, at approximately 10:40 PM a service man arrived and repaired the unit. At 11:50 PM we felt the first hint of cool air. I was VERY dissapointed in the unprofessional manner in which this problem was handled by the maintenance manager.
