my family got the early on sat the 10 of may. meyer reality told us that the room was not ready yet. we wanted to check in early if we could.at three oclock when we were to check in, we were told the room wasnot cleaned yet. They went ahead and gave us the key to the condo unit anyway.we were told the rooms would be cleaned soon. we left the condo unit and went out for a while, around 6.30 that night the unit still wasnot cleaned. i called and was very upset with meyer reality. this is not the way to start my vacation out with a very unclean place to stay at. i feel meyer reality didnot try to help me in anyway. i asked for the manager at meyer reality to call me back and this didnot happen. i willnot ever stay at a meyer reality proprty ever again.
