This is one of the most beautiful one bedroom villas in Palmetto Dunes and a perennial favorite of ours! Extensively renovated in early 2007 with your comfort and relaxation in mind! This villa features contemporary Tommy Bahama-style furnishings, fresh paint colors, new carpet, textiles, dishes, cookware, glassware and one-of-a kind appointments and accessories. The Windsor Court South building and facilities have also been significantly renovated to make it the most luxurious and up-to-date complex on Hilton Head Island!.
?Fifth year in Palmetto Dunes and 3109 Windsor is the best yet! We?ve stayed in Hampton Place and Windsor Place, but the view here is the best of all. The old oak tree and closeness to the ocean make this place, without question, our favorite on Hilton Head.? Salisbury, NC
From the moment you enter this villa, the beach and ocean greet you at the door and you are instantly captivated by the unobstructed panoramic view. The entryway leads to a fully equipped and functional kitchen. Whether you are cooking a holiday meal or re-heating an item in the microwave, all the requisite amenities are within your reach. Adjacent to the kitchen is the laundry with a new GE full-size stackable washer and dryer. The dining area comfortably seats four adults while the floor-to-ceiling mirrors reflect and enhance the ocean view. The Breakfast Bar has two Napoleon stools where you can pause and enjoy your morning coffee. The living room is spacious with a three-section picture window offering an expansive view of the pool, the beach and ocean. This room is appointed with antique reproduction travel posters, tropical greens and seaside artifacts. The entertainment armoire has a Sony 30? HDTV and DVD player and a DSL line is available for guest use at no additional fee. The living area also features a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate additional guests. Both the living area and bedroom provide access to the balcony via sliding glass doors. The master suite of this fabulous villa relaxes the mind and body and refreshes the spirit with its European style furnishings, king-size bed, TV and DVD player, large walk-in closet and luxurious private bath with both a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower.

No detail has been overlooked in this gorgeous 1,037 square foot Palmetto Dunes villa. While the guests appreciate the effort that has gone into creating a relaxing beach house with its comfortable furnishings and functional décor, they return to 3109 because of the incredible ocean views and beach access. ?We?re back again! Can?t remember if this is our 2nd or 3rd time at 3109. It?s starting to feel like coming home while on the Island. Just wish that it was really ours ? we absolutely love it here. We will be back!? Payment Policies
When you make your accommodation reservations, you will receive a confirmation and deposit request. A check or checking account debits deposit of 50% of the rental cost are available as payment required to guarantee your reservation. Check should be mailed to: Island Getaway, P.O. Drawer 5429, Hilton Head Island, SC 29938.
Your balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival and can be paid by credit card (there is a 3% convenience fee when using MC/VISA/DISCOVER), personal check, or checking card debit.
If you find it necessary to cancel this reservation more than 60 days for villas and 90 days for homes prior to your arrival you will forfeit 10% of the base rate before taxes. Cancellation less than 60 days for villas and 90 days for homes prior to arrival will result in loss of your deposit. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival results in loss of total payment.
