The living room has a teal and white striped sleeper sofa with two chairs in pastel mix design, coffee table, and two end tables in solid wood. It also has a TV and DVD. The kitchen comes fully equipped with almond colored appliances. The dining area has a round table in light honey wood and four chairs. The downstairs bedroom has twin beds with bedspreads in richtones with matching window treatments, dresser, headboard, and night stand all in white wicker. This bedroom uses the bath in the hall. The master bedroom upstairs has a king size bed, TV/VCR, and private bath. There is a charcoal grill outside on the private deck. This nonsmoking villa is 1350 square feet.

When you make your accommodation reservations, you will receive a confirmation and deposit request. A check or checking account debits deposit of 50% of the rental cost are available as payment required to guarantee your reservation. Check should be mailed to: Island Getaway, P.O. Your balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival and can be paid by credit card (there is a 3% convenience fee when using MC/VISA/DISCOVER), personal check, or checking card debit.
If you find it necessary to cancel this reservation more than 60 days for villas and 90 days for homes prior to your arrival you will forfeit 10% of the base rate before taxes. Cancellation less than 60 days for villas and 90 days for homes prior to arrival will result in loss of your deposit. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival results in loss of total payment.
