Vaulted ceilings, large windows, skylights, and track lighting make this home one of the most inviting you will find on the Island. Enter to the spacious living room with a sofa, loveseat, and two club chairs. Sliding glass doors from this room and the adjacent family room lead to a private pool area complete with spa, grill, and beautiful golf course views. The family room has a large leather sectional couch, big screen TV, VCR, and DVD. Just off this room is a kitchen with a breakfast table that seats four. The dining room is to the left of the entry, and is furnished with a beautiful table for six. Two bedrooms have two queen beds, TVs, and private baths. The third bedroom has a king bed, TV, and private bath. The master suite is located across the hallway and offers a king bed, TV, VCR, and private bath. The fifth bedroom was designed for children. Located just off the kitchen, this room is furnished with three twin beds, a TV/VCR. This beach home is the spot for those looking for a quiet, relaxing retreat. *Pool may be heated upon request for an additional charge.

Payment Policies
When you make your accommodation reservations, you will receive a confirmation and deposit request. A check or checking account debits deposit of 50% of the rental cost are available as payment required to guarantee your reservation. Check should be mailed to: Island Getaway, P.O. Drawer 5429, Hilton Head Island, SC 29938.
Your balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival and can be paid by credit card (there is a 3% convenience fee when using MC/VISA/DISCOVER), personal check, or checking card debit.
Cancellation of reservations less than 60 days prior to arrival date for a home or less than 60 days prior to arrival date for a villa can result in the loss of deposit. Island Getaway will attempt to re-rent the accommodation and, when successful, your deposit less a $75 handling charge will be returned. All cancellations are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
