This home offers five huge bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, three king size beds,one queen bed,2 twin beds, a day bed with trundle and twin size cot, plus sofa sleepers and full size futon in the third floor loft.
The "very beachy" bedrooms have private baths (two with separate showers and one Jacuzzi), large closets, and private balconies. Master bath includes a walk-in shower and Bidet.
Plenty of entertainment for the kids with a TV in every room and several VCRs. The dining room has seating for six plus a spacious table for six in the kitchen.
The home has been freshly painted, has leather furniture in the great room and adjacent sitting area for relaxing and reading. Outdoor amenities include a large pool, expansive deck, gas grill and plenty of privacy. Enjoy all these amenities only about 200 steps from the beach! *Pool may be heated upon request for an additional fee.

Payment Policies
When you make your accommodation reservations, you will receive a confirmation and deposit request. A check or checking account debits deposit of 50% of the rental cost are available as payment required to guarantee your reservation. Check should be mailed to: Island Getaway, P.O. Drawer 5429, Hilton Head Island, SC 29938.
Your balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival and can be paid by credit card (there is a 3% convenience fee when using MC/VISA/DISCOVER), personal check, or checking card debit.
If you find it necessary to cancel this reservation more than 60 days for villas and 90 days for homes prior to your arrival you will forfeit 10% of the base rate before taxes. Cancellation less than 60 days for villas and 90 days for homes prior to arrival will result in loss of your deposit. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival results in loss of total payment.
