The master bedroom is located downstairs with a king bed, TV, double closet, private bath and a slider to the patio. You can see the pool from this bedroom. There are two upstairs bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed, TV, private bath and slider to balcony with two chairs and a table. The third bedroom has a two twin beds, TV, private bath and slider to private balcony. The villa is 1665 square feet, is close to the pool and all rooms have landscape views.

When you make your accommodation reservations, you will receive a confirmation and deposit request. A check or checking account debits deposit of 50% of the rental cost are available as payment required to guarantee your reservation. Check should be mailed to: Island Getaway, P.O. Your balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival and can be paid by credit card (there is a 3% convenience fee when using MC/VISA/DISCOVER), personal check, or checking card debit.
If you find it necessary to cancel this reservation more than 60 days for villas and 90 days for homes prior to your arrival you will forfeit 10% of the base rate before taxes. Cancellation less than 60 days for villas and 90 days for homes prior to arrival will result in loss of your deposit. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival results in loss of total payment.
