This two bedroom ocean side villa is located on the first floor with 16 steps up to the door and parking under the building. The main side has a fully equipped kitchen with pastel wallpaper and light Formica counters. The dining room table seats six. There is a bathroom off the hallway and a washer and dryer. The living room has a cream, teal, peach and mauve plaid queen sleeper sofa and matching loveseat, TV, DVD, and access to the deck. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, VCR, private bath with a separate dressing area, and access to the balcony. The second bedroom has double beds, TV, stereo, private bath, and slider doors to the deck. This villa is 1260 square feet.

When you make your accommodation reservations, you will receive a confirmation and deposit request. A check or checking account debits deposit of 50% of the rental cost are available as payment required to guarantee your reservation. Check should be mailed to: Island Getaway, P.O. Your balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival and can be paid by credit card (there is a 3% convenience fee when using MC/VISA/DISCOVER), personal check, or checking card debit.
If you find it necessary to cancel this reservation more than 60 days for villas and 90 days for homes prior to your arrival you will forfeit 10% of the base rate before taxes. Cancellation less than 60 days for villas and 90 days for homes prior to arrival will result in loss of your deposit. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival results in loss of total payment.
