The bedroom has a kingbed with a gray striped bedspread, a private bath, and slider doors to the deck. The secondside, the lock-out bedroom has two double beds in blue floral, a TV, private bath, and slider doors to the balcony. This near ocean villa is 1260 square feet and offers a slight view of the ocean, over the top of another building. Walking distance to the beach is 100 yards, perfect for your next Hilton Head Island vacation.

When you make your accommodation reservations, you will receive a confirmation and deposit request. A check or checking account debits deposit of 50% of the rental cost are available as payment required to guarantee your reservation. Check should be mailed to: Island Getaway, P.O. Your balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival and can be paid by credit card (there is a 3% convenience fee when using MC/VISA/DISCOVER), personal check, or checking card debit.
If you find it necessary to cancel this reservation more than 60 days for villas and 90 days for homes prior to your arrival you will forfeit 10% of the base rate before taxes. Cancellation less than 60 days for villas and 90 days for homes prior to arrival will result in loss of your deposit. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival results in loss of total payment.
