This bright and cheery Hilton Head beach villa offers beautiful lagoon views from almost every room. Enter to a spacious living area with a sleeper sofa, vaulted ceilings, 32" flat screen TV with Bose entertainment center including DVD, fireplace, and large floor to ceiling windows. The dining room connects with the living area, and seats up to 8. Off this room is a great screened-in porch with a table and chairs that views the lagoon. Two bedrooms are located downstairs--the master has a king bed, private bath with Jacuzzi tub, TV, DVD, and a private exit to the screened porch. Outside you will also find a sundeck with a comfortable Adirondack chair. The other bedroom has a queen bed, TV, DVD, and uses a hall bath with a tub/shower combination. Upstairs, you will find a loft with a sleeper sofa, TV, and VCR. Two more bedrooms are located upstairs, one with a king bed and TV/VCR/DVD, and one with two extra long twin beds and a TV/VCR/DVD. Each has its own private bath. All 4 bedrooms feature upgraded plush mattresses. This great Hilton Head Island villa is just a few steps from the beach. Payment Policies
When you make your accommodation reservations, you will receive a confirmation and deposit request. A check or checking account debits deposit of 50% of the rental cost are available as payment required to guarantee your reservation. Check should be mailed to: Island Getaway, P.O. Drawer 5429, Hilton Head Island, SC 29938.
Your balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival and can be paid by credit card (there is a 3% convenience fee when using MC/VISA/DISCOVER), personal check, or checking card debit.
If you find it necessary to cancel this reservation more than 60 days for villas and 90 days for homes prior to your arrival you will forfeit 10% of the base rate before taxes. Cancellation less than 60 days for villas and 90 days for homes prior to arrival will result in loss of your deposit. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival results in loss of total payment.
