This unit is located on the third floor and gives you over 1700 square feet of living space. Three bedrooms and three baths provide you with all of the comforts of home, plus the luxury of staying in a beautiful oceanfront villa! The kitchen, living, and dining area are all fully equipped for your comfort and enjoyment. The kitchen offers an eat-in bar for two and a breakfast table that seats four. More formal dining is offered in the dining area which seats 6. In the living room, you?ll find a sleeper sofa, loveseat, TV, DVD, and access to a fabulous oceanfront balcony. The beautiful master suite comes furnished with a king bed, TV, DVD, private balcony, and a private bath with a jetted tub and a separate shower. Another bedroom also offers a king bed that accesses the living room balcony and has a private bath with a jetted tub/shower combination. There is also a TV and VCR. The third bedroom has 2 twins, a TV/VCR, and a private bath. This is truly a first class Hilton Head villa!

Payment Policies
When you make your accommodation reservations, you will receive a confirmation and deposit request. A check or checking account debits deposit of 50% of the rental cost are available as payment required to guarantee your reservation. Check should be mailed to: Island Getaway, P.O. Drawer 5429, Hilton Head Island, SC 29938.
Your balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival and can be paid by credit card (there is a 3% convenience fee when using MC/VISA/DISCOVER), personal check, or checking card debit.
If you find it necessary to cancel this reservation more than 60 days for villas and 90 days for homes prior to your arrival you will forfeit 10% of the base rate before taxes. Cancellation less than 60 days for villas and 90 days for homes prior to arrival will result in loss of your deposit. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival results in loss of total payment.
