It offers two twin beds, a TV, and uses a hall bath with a tub/shower combination. The custom designed kitchen overlooks the Fazio golf course, and has two eat-in bar areas and a sitting area with two chairs. The living room has a fireplace, large TV, VCR, stereo with 5 disc changer, and sofa. Just off the living room, you will find a beautifully furnished dining area that seats eight. Another feature of the first floor is the expansive wrap around deck with great golf course views. Upstairs you will find a lagoon-side master bedroom that features a king bed, TV, and private bath. The third and fourth bedrooms share a bath and feature a king bed and two twins, respectively. With a pool on site, this is a great place to stay for your next Hilton Head Island vacation!

When you make your accommodation reservations, you will receive a confirmation and deposit request. A check or checking account debits deposit of 50% of the rental cost are available as payment required to guarantee your reservation. Check should be mailed to: Island Getaway, P.O. Drawer 5429, Hilton Head Island, SC 29938.
Your balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival and can be paid by credit card (there is a 3% convenience fee when using MC/VISA/DISCOVER), personal check, or checking card debit.
If you find it necessary to cancel this reservation more than 60 days for villas and 90 days for homes prior to your arrival you will forfeit 10% of the base rate before taxes. Cancellation less than 60 days for villas and 90 days for homes prior to arrival will result in loss of your deposit. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival results in loss of total payment.
