HILTON HEAD ISLAND. Evian 215 is a cozy two bedroom ocean walk villa located on the first floor. The entire home is traditionally decorated with light walls and berber carpeting. The living room is furnished with a sleeper sofa, two club chairs, TV, VCR, and DVD. The dining room seats six and leads to a covered patio with four chairs and a small table. Fully equipped with all GE appliances, the kitchen offers a breakfast table that seats four. The bedrooms are located in the hallway to the left of the entry. The first has two twin beds and uses the hall bath. The spacious master suite has a king bed, TV, and private bath. This villa is just off the cart path of the Brigantine course, approximately one mile from the beach. There is a DSL line available for guests use at no charge. When you make your accommodation reservations, you will receive a confirmation and deposit request. A check or checking account debits deposit of 50% of the rental cost are available as payment required to guarantee your reservation. Check should be mailed to: Island Getaway, P.O. Drawer 5429, Hilton Head Island, SC 29938.
Your balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival and can be paid by credit card (there is a 3% convenience fee when using MC/VISA/DISCOVER), personal check, or checking card debit.
If you find it necessary to cancel this reservation more than 60 days for villas and 90 days for homes prior to your arrival you will forfeit 10% of the base rate before taxes. Cancellation less than 60 days for villas and 90 days for homes prior to arrival will result in loss of your deposit. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival results in loss of total payment.
