This is a lovely unit with wonderful ocean views. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar which seats 2 which leads into the dining room with a glass top table for 4. Beautiful artwork on the walls highlight the room. The living room has a sleeper sofa, matching loveseat, cocktail table, TV/DVD, and stereo. A sliding glass door leads to the balcony overlooking the peaceful waves of the ocean. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a TV/VCR, and a private bath with a jetted tub/shower combination. Payment Policies
When you make your accommodation reservations, you will receive a confirmation and deposit request. A check or checking account debits deposit of 50% of the rental cost are available as payment required to guarantee your reservation. Check should be mailed to: Island Getaway, P.O. Drawer 5429, Hilton Head Island, SC 29938.
Your balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival and can be paid by credit card (there is a 3% convenience fee when using MC/VISA/DISCOVER), personal check, or checking card debit.
If you find it necessary to cancel this reservation more than 60 days for villas and 90 days for homes prior to your arrival you will forfeit 10% of the base rate before taxes. Cancellation less than 60 days for villas and 90 days for homes prior to arrival will result in loss of your deposit. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival results in loss of total payment.
