This bright and cozy unit has new carpet as of 2005, has two full bathrooms, and an espresso maker in addition to a regular coffee maker. With it's sofa sleeper, TV, VCR/DVD player, CD and Tape player the livingroom will be the place to relax after a fun day exploring the mountains and lakes. The loft has a king size bed with a tv and vcr and the second bathroom. This warm unit can accomodate up to four people and is close to the spa, pool, and community barbeque.

Payment Policies

A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of booking and must be made by check or money order. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Deposits by credit card are accepted through our on-line booking for non holiday periods or by phone when booking date is within 7 days of arrival only. Holiday bookings require a 100% deposit within 7 days of booking by check or money order.

Cancellations must be made 28 days prior to your arrival date for winter and 14 days in summer. For cancellations less than 28/14 days, refunds are contingent on re-booking the unit, less a cancellation fee. Cancellation fee is $50.00. Reservation changes are subject to a $25.00 fee when applicable (Reservation changes may not be available within the cancellation period.)
