This downstairs, studio condominium is very nice, comfortable and family friendly. It has a fully equipped kitchen (excluding dishwasher), TV, VCR, CD player and fireplace (wood provided). There is a queen bed and the living room has a sofa sleeper. The alcove area by the entryway has a set of bunk beds. This unit is non-smoking and has one outside parking space (unassigned). Don't forget your cell phone because this unit does not have a telephone. Dog unit rules: 1) Do not leave your dog alone in the unit. 2) Pick up after your dog. 3) Keep your dog on a leash (it's the law). If you do not follow these rules, there will be a $100.00 fine.
