Everything in the condo was old and felt dirty. The bedding was the worst I have ever seen. The office hours were 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, that is when we were out skiing. I needed to ask the front desk a question and never could.

I was completely frustrated by the keys that i was given to this unit. Neither of the two keys worked well, and I had to struggle for 20 minutes one day to enter the unit, when I called for help, they told me to wiggle the key or come get new ones. I thought they should have come to me to fix the problem and in the future, be sure the keys work to the unit.
