Over all the property and location was good for it's price. The garage parking was great but make sure you lock you car because it's shared. Also be very carefully of falling big ice rock from the roof as you walk in the condo area. It happen as we where loading the car to go home. It's was probably 400 pounds. Lucky for us we won't right under it.
