This downstairs (there are stairs to the unit), one bedroom condominium is very nice with some view of trees and mountains. There is a fully equipped kitchen, 2 TVs, VCR, DVD, CD player, telephone (local calls only) and woodstove (firewood provided). Queen bed in the bedroom and the living room has a sofa sleeper. This unit is non-smoking and has a single car garage (only one parking pass is given for the second vehicle to park outside, large vehicle may not fit). Mammoth Properties Reservations is not responsible for common area facilities at the complex (i.e. spa, sauna, pool, recreation room, etc.). Common area facilities vary at each complex. PARKING - Parallel parking only on condo side of street. Each condo is assigned one garage ? the number corresponds to the condo number (Garage #1 belongs to Unit #1, etc.). DO NOT park in someone else?s assigned numbered garage. There are un-numbered garages located in buildings AA, BB, X, Y, V and W (map provided upon check-in).
