Unlike the other reviewer we didn't experience any cleaniness problems. The condo was very clean overall. The bedroom had 2 bunkbeds that were quite steady and accommodated 4 adults easily. However, the room was not very big in size and you may want to select your room mates carefully as 4 adults sleeping in the small room can produce various types of disturbances. The upper level "master loft" was nice but very bright since it had skylights that could not be closed. We left for the slopes early but it could be annoying for the late sleepers.
For some reason the owners decided to cut cost on electronics - the living room had a small (19" - ?) mono aural CRT TV/VCR combo and an ancient DVD player. Also, the old turntable was provided, so don't forget to bring your LPs. WiFi connection was a pain, too.
The place is located within a walking distance or 1 bus stop from the Village Gondola.
Overall, we liked the condo and would rent it again.

THE CONDO LOCATION WAS GREAT, JUST A BLOCK TO THE VILLAGE AND THE GONDOLA TO THE SLOPES. THE UNIT IS A DUMP. UNTOUCHED FROM THE 60'S OR 70'S. I WOULD GET A DIFFERENT UNIT IN THE SAME COMPLEX NEXT TIME.
