Payment Policies
Credit card payment in full is due at time of booking.
A 13% Town of Mammoth Lakes occupancy tax and a $25 booking fee is applied to all reservations at time of booking. Rates, unit descriptions and Town of Mammoth Lakes transient occupancy tax are subject to change without notice.
This is a reservation request only and must be confirmed by the local property manager.
Upon confirmation, full amount will be charged to your credit card. If for some
reason the unit is unavailable you will be contacted by an agent.
CANCELLATION
POLICY. Payment in full is due at time of booking. Your reservation
is not refundable if cancelled within 21 days of arrival. All cancellations
outside that 21 day period are assessed a $50 bookkeeping/cancellation fee ($125 for holiday).
We reserve the right to transfer this reservation to another unit in the event
of an emergency.
CHECK-IN
is 4 PM / CHECK-OUT is 10 AM
IMPORTANT
CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS. Absolutely
NO SMOKING / NO PETS (unless otherwise stated). All units include linens, towels,
fully equipped kitchens and cable TV. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE unless requested
for an additional fee. You must be 21 years or older to make reservation and
check-in.
SECURITY
DEPOSIT. Your credit card will act as a security deposit and will
be charged for damages, theft, extra cleaning, lost keys and/or long distance
phone calls. We are not responsible for weather and road conditions, power,
cable or telephone outages, pool or spa breakdowns, early departures and/or
lost items. Entire deposit is subject to forfeiture if occupants exceed maximum
capacity of unit (Town of Mammoth Lakes Municipal Code). We are not responsible
for injury to guests or for loss of valuables. Found items will be returned
upon request for a $25.00 service charge plus cost of shipping.
