Very clean with newer carpet and furnishings. Pet friendly rental. Nice pool and rec room. Backs onto Lake Mary Road, but not too noisy. Nice view through trees. We would stay here again and would recommend it.
Aug 2008, there is construction going on Lake Mary Road to bottom of Twin Lakes, which caused some delays, so be prepared to wait...also, could be noisy in the morning at the condo depending on where they are working.
