Silver Bear #41 is located just steps away from Canyon Lodge for easy access to skiing. It is the perfect unit for two families to share with its large, open living area, high beam ceilings, mountain cabin decor, and wood burning fireplace. Sit in the window seat, relax and enjoy the forest view. The master suites have attached baths and there is an extra television in the king bedroom. The third bedroom is mostly enclosed with bunks for the kids. The condo also has a washer and dryer. There are televisions wirh DVD/VCR's in two bedrooms. Below are the bedding arrangements and project amenities. Parking is limited to one covered space and the second space is a non-designated space in the outside parking lot. FREE long distance is offered with this unit. This unit does not offer internet access.Project Amenities- Silver Bear offers a common area pool, spa, sauna, and BBQBedding Arrangement- King in the master, queen + twin in the second, and two sets of bunks in the third. Maximum occupancy is 9 persons.Summer rates for this unit are $185.00 per night. Additional discounts of 10-30% apply on stays of four nights or more. Winter rates are; midweek $370, weekend $430. The unit your are booking
is a privately owned comdominiums managed by a local management company. The
units are tastefully decorated by the owner with your comfort in mind. They
are located in residential developements, many have common walls. Please do
not plan large parties, or plan to exceed the number of people allowed in each
home. The property manager is not responsible for changes in furnishings,
bed arrangements, and equipment made by the homeowner.
Holiday minimum day
requirements will vary from 3 to 7 nights depending on the holiday you have
booked. If you have booked a property for less than the minimum stay for that
property, we will contact you to find you another comparable
property. If we are unable to find an alternative property to suit your needs,
we will cancel your reservation at no charge.
Payment. Once you
reserve the property, half of the Total Reservation Amount is due upon confirmation
of this rental. The balance is due 15 days prior to your arrival date, 30 days
for holiday bookings. If you are reserving a property within 15 days of the
arrival date the Total Reservation Amount is due immediately. We gladly accept
personal checks for reservations made at least 30 days prior to arrival. All
other reservations must be paid by a credit card, money order or cashier’s check.
If you are arriving within two weeks of the booking we will immediately charge
the full amount of your reservation to the credit card given and fax a copy
of the credit card draft along with a confirmation agreement to you
We reserve the right to
cancel any reservation made under false pretenses, for groups exceeding the
occupancy of the house or non-payment.
Cancellations must
be submitted in writing 15 days prior to your arrival date, 30 days for holiday
periods. Last minute cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture
of all rental funds. All refunds are subject to a $60 cancellation fee. Please
be aware your inquiry is a RESERVATION REQUEST ONLY! A valid credit card is
required to submit this reservation request online.

Confirmation. Your
are submitting a Reservation Request and not guaranteed a booking until confirmed.
You will be contacted within 24 hours to confirm your reservation. We will NOT
charge your credit card without your permission unless you are arriving within
two weeks of the date you make the online reservation request. ALL credit card
sales require a fax signature on a photo copy of the actual credit card draft.
If we are unable to reach you within two days your reservation may be cancelled.
