Hidden Valley Condos are located on Lake Mary Road in the North Village area of beautiful Mammoth Lakes, California.Hidden Valley #26 is a beautiful unit conveniently situated near the pool/Jacuzzi/sauna/laundry facilities. Its prime location allows for one of the shortest walks, approximately 10 minutes, from the condo to the new Village, or even shorter walk to the shuttle line. The shortest walkway in the complex also allows easy access from the condo to your parked car. The inside decor maintains the mountain appeal and is warm and inviting with two full luxury bathrooms, beautiful fireplace in the living room and fully equipped kitchen . The unit has a home entertainment system that features; TV with built in DVD/ VCR/CD and casette player in the living room. The upstairs loft is warm and cozy with the unique ability to be closed off for privacy and heat insulation. There is also a television with cable in the loft. We offer FREE long distance with this unit. This unit does not offer internet access.BED: Versatile bedding allows for up to four people to sleep individually: queen size bed upstairs with adjacent full bathroom; two-person trundle bed (which can be joined to make a comfortable queen size mattress) and convertible couch are downstairs with a second full bathroom. The maximum occupancy is 4 persons.PROJECT AMENITIES: Close proximity to outdoor pool, spa, sauna, laundry faciities; a summer-only fish cleaning station, and common area BBQ in the summer. Complex allows two (uncovered) parking spaces per unit.The summer rate is $115 per night with four or more night specials of 10-30%. Winter rates for this unit are; midweek $125, weekend $165, holidays $190 to $215 per night. Ask about our four or more night specials.

The unit your are booking
is a privately owned comdominiums managed by a local management company. The
units are tastefully decorated by the owner with your comfort in mind. They
are located in residential developements, many have common walls. Please do
not plan large parties, or plan to exceed the number of people allowed in each
home. The property manager is not responsible for changes in furnishings,
bed arrangements, and equipment made by the homeowner.
Holiday minimum day
requirements will vary from 3 to 7 nights depending on the holiday you have
booked. If you have booked a property for less than the minimum stay for that
property, we will contact you to find you another comparable
property. If we are unable to find an alternative property to suit your needs,
we will cancel your reservation at no charge.
Payment. Once you
reserve the property, half of the Total Reservation Amount is due upon confirmation
of this rental. The balance is due 15 days prior to your arrival date, 30 days
for holiday bookings. If you are reserving a property within 15 days of the
arrival date the Total Reservation Amount is due immediately. We gladly accept
personal checks for reservations made at least 30 days prior to arrival. All
other reservations must be paid by a credit card, money order or cashier’s check.
If you are arriving within two weeks of the booking we will immediately charge
the full amount of your reservation to the credit card given and fax a copy
of the credit card draft along with a confirmation agreement to you
We reserve the right to
cancel any reservation made under false pretenses, for groups exceeding the
occupancy of the house or non-payment.
Cancellations must
be submitted in writing 15 days prior to your arrival date, 30 days for holiday
periods. Last minute cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture
of all rental funds. All refunds are subject to a $60 cancellation fee. Please
be aware your inquiry is a RESERVATION REQUEST ONLY! A valid credit card is
required to submit this reservation request online.

Confirmation. Your
are submitting a Reservation Request and not guaranteed a booking until confirmed.
You will be contacted within 24 hours to confirm your reservation. We will NOT
charge your credit card without your permission unless you are arriving within
two weeks of the date you make the online reservation request. ALL credit card
sales require a fax signature on a photo copy of the actual credit card draft.
If we are unable to reach you within two days your reservation may be cancelled.
