If you are looking for slopeside convenience, incomparable views, covered parking and all the comforts of home, then #211 is the place to stay. This two bedroom two bathroom condo has a Southwestern flare to the light and bright decor and has recently undergone some renovations in the kitchen and bathrooms. The living area is furnished with a sofa and love seat centered around a wood burning fireplace. A large TV with DVD, VCR, and CD stereo will meet all your entertainment needs. The kitchen has just been upgraded with granite countertops and some professional grade appliances. New granite countertops have also been installed in the bathrooms along with elegant fixtures. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, a spacious closet, a new flat screen TV and offers private access to the deck. The second bedroom has new furnishings and two twin size beds. A full size washer and dryer, FREE international and domestic long distance, and a barbeque on the deck are all additional amenities that will make you feel right at home. This unit does not offer internet.Bed Arrangement: A king in the master, two twins in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living area. The maximum occupancy is six guests.Project amenities: Covered parking with elevator access, ski in ski out access, extra large spas centrally located, and spectacular views.Rates: The midweek winter rate is $365 per night and the weekend rate is $415 per night. The unit your are booking is a privately owned comdominiums managed by a local management company. The units are tastefully decorated by the owner with your comfort in mind. They are located in residential developements, many have common walls. Please do not plan large parties, or plan to exceed the number of people allowed in each home. The property manager is not responsible for changes in furnishings, bed arrangements, and equipment made by the homeowner.

Holiday minimum day requirements will vary from 3 to 7 nights depending on the holiday you have booked. If you have booked a property for less than the minimum stay for that property, we will contact you to find you another comparable property. If we are unable to find an alternative property to suit your needs, we will cancel your reservation at no charge.

Payment. Once you reserve the property, half of the Total Reservation Amount is due upon confirmation of this rental. The balance is due 15 days prior to your arrival date, 30 days for holiday bookings. If you are reserving a property within 15 days of the arrival date the Total Reservation Amount is due immediately. We gladly accept personal checks for reservations made at least 30 days prior to arrival. All other reservations must be paid by a credit card, money order or cashier’s check. If you are arriving within two weeks of the booking we will immediately charge the full amount of your reservation to the credit card given and fax a copy of the credit card draft along with a confirmation agreement to you

We reserve the right to cancel any reservation made under false pretenses, for groups exceeding the occupancy of the house or non-payment.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing 15 days prior to your arrival date, 30 days for holiday periods. Last minute cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of all rental funds. All refunds are subject to a $60 cancellation fee. Please be aware your inquiry is a RESERVATION REQUEST ONLY! A valid credit card is required to submit this reservation request online.

Confirmation. Your are submitting a Reservation Request and not guaranteed a booking until confirmed. You will be contacted within 24 hours to confirm your reservation. We will NOT charge your credit card without your permission unless you are arriving within two weeks of the date you make the online reservation request. ALL credit card sales require a fax signature on a photo copy of the actual credit card draft. If we are unable to reach you within two days your reservation may be cancelled.
