the unit did not appear to be well-cleaned.the bathroom rugs were not clean. the jacuzzi had a weird soapy residue. there was no laundry detergent. etc. we had a very serious smoke issue on friday night and were told maintenance would come out but they never did. i called back and left a more urgent message and still no one showed, nor did i receive a call back. this was very disappointing, to say the least.
