The accommodations are superb. Prefer staying at Sans Noms than anywhere else!

MAJOR ISSUE: NO shovels in the condo. I understand people have stolen them in the past, but you NEED to have them. We got 10 feet of snow while I was there and NO shovel. If you have to, have a "sovel deposit" of $200 that will be forfitted if the shovel's are stolen. No one is going to steal a $200 shovel.
Another thing that was annoying: I left a couple really expensive pillows behind in the second condo (we got stuck up there because of the snow and had to switch condos) and called house keeping and they never even bothered to call me back.

My family and I travel to Mammoth every year
and we always stay at the Chateau San Noms and this time we stayed in unit#12 which was very nice also accomadated all 10 of us with no problems.It is a very beautiful condo I would stay there again.
