Smoking Not Allowed

In cases of cancellation after a deposit is received, the reservation is subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee. Within 30 days of arrival or after occupancy, no refunds will be given unless the property can be re-rented. During the Christmas Holiday and Ironman Triathlon, cancellations must be received 60 days in advance to receive a refund. Trip insurance is offered to cover you in case of sudden illness.

All reservation changes made after property is under deposit are subject to a $25.00 charge per change. No changes allowed within 30 days of arrival for low season, or 60 days for high season.
