Sand Dollar Beach House is a newly re-decorated tri-level, ocean front town home, featuring all new bedroom furniture, mattresses, and high quality bedding. The dining area is also newly furnished with seating for six as well as bar seating at the kitchen. The kitchen has all amenities, including a new stainless steel dishwasher. The living and dining areas feature cathedral ceilings, with 2 levels of glass overlooking the ocean. Enjoy the comfort of brand new Lazy Boy sofa with Queen Sleeper and oversized chair. Living Room has a wall mounted, 52 inch high definition TV, with new CD/DVD player, Bose stereo system, and a new gas fireplace. There are two levels of ocean front decks; one is off the living room with a gas BBQ, and there is a shared deck off the bottom level Queen and Master bedrooms with steps right to the sand. The Master bedroom also has a 32" flat screen high definition TV with digital cable and HBO throughout the house. This is a bright, modern home on one of the best beaches in Santa Cruz County! Payment Policies
A Nonrefundable Damage Waiver Fee of $50.00 is required on every reservation. The Damage Waiver Fee protects you from any UNINTENTIONAL OR ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE done in or to the property during your stay. Damage is covered to a maximum of $1,000.00 per stay and is in lieu of a refundable security deposit.

The balance of your payment is due sixty (60) days prior to arrival. Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice must be received more than 60 days prior to arrival date, in writing, or you will forfeit all rental sums paid, unless we re-rent the property. A $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged.
